Although The Newbury Center specializes in cosmetic facial plastic surgery procedures such as the facelift, browlift, blepharoplasty, and rhinoplasty, Dr. Alsarraf also performs a wide range of general facial plastic surgery procedures as well. These range from focused techniques such as ear reconstruction or pinning (Otoplasty), to the removal and closure of facial skin cancer defects. In addition, straightforward procedures that can be performed include mole removal, earlobe reduction, dermabrasion, septoplasty, and minor cosmetic surgery revisions.

Most of these procedures take less than an hour and are performed in either the office or an out-patient hospital setting.
